• GCC Shipping: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
• Delivery Partner: We work with trusted local and international couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because our products are food items, we prioritize hygiene and safety. Therefore, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
